We also keep a close watch on global economies and real estate markets and highlight any circumstances that might affect decisions and the timing of actions. At present we focus our investment activities in only prime locations in the USA.

Identification of strategies to maximize rental income and enhance investment value
Liaising and advising the owners, investors or trustees on strategic issues
Ongoing co – ordination, monitoring and supervision of professional team
Loan (debt) administration and compliance
Interest rate monitoring and refinancing as appropriate
Pro – active management of rent reviews, lease renewals, lease surrenders, sub- lettings or assignments, refurbishments and tenant liaisons
Ensuring all taxes and annual tax returns are submitted and ownership company matters and accounts are duly managed and audited
